TVGC chose an Izmir variety whose leaves are used by locals as a wrapper for cigars and gave it an unexpected protagonist role. With its full and balanced body, it expresses its deep dry vegetal flavor, with warm notes of dried fruits and a slight hint of bitterness. It's the taste of something left to dry in the sun for months, perhaps years, until it encapsulates the very soul of this desert region.
The Original Syrian Latakia, the now untraceable king of this land, and the rare Rose Latakia, a sweet variety grown in the highlands and refined half-smoked, blend completely and naturally and form the backdrop of Izmir, him giving an unexpected depth to the exhalation, a memory of oriental spices and sweet resins, barely outlined, like small oases in the desert dried out by the sun. Finally, the two Latakias, like a light veil, envelop everything with a present but never covering smokiness which, on the contrary, amalgamates, without ever hiding them, the infinite aromatic clues of this absolute condensation of Syrian tobacco.

It is recommended to add only VG.
A week of maturation is recommended.
