Whale V2 Open Cut Series (OCS)

The boro section of this model is fully open and they are equipped with a double face plate mechanism.

The main material of the faceplate is carbon fiber, and it is deeply engraved and filled with colored resin. After curing, the plates are then sanded down to zero gaps.

The inner face material is aluminum. It is deeply etched and black anodized. After receiving the anodizer, the first coat is sanded to remove the anodization and buffed to a high gloss finish.
Once the two plates are finished, they are permanently fixed together, sanded and polished to perfection.
